- Service Description
NeoMind Commerce provides tools that may allow businesses to connect their online stores with supported services, including Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business assets, product catalogs, and related commerce services.
Available functionality may depend on permissions, third-party APIs, account eligibility, and services made available by third-party providers.
- Account Authorization
You must only connect accounts, Pages, catalogs, businesses, Instagram accounts, Pixels, Datasets, and other assets that you own or are authorized to manage.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate permissions for any assets connected through NeoMind Commerce.
- Product Synchronization
NeoMind Commerce may transmit product information from a connected online store to supported third-party platforms.
This information may include product titles, descriptions, prices, availability, images, URLs, categories, brands, and identifiers.
The merchant is responsible for ensuring that product information is accurate, lawful, and compliant with the policies of the platforms to which it is synchronized.
- Third-Party Platforms
NeoMind Commerce relies on third-party services and APIs.
We do not control the availability, policies, approval processes, account restrictions, API changes, or service interruptions of third-party platforms.
Use of Meta services is also subject to Meta’s applicable terms, policies, and platform requirements.
- Acceptable Use
You may not use NeoMind Commerce to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Access assets without authorization.
- Misrepresent products, services, or businesses.
- Circumvent platform security or access controls.
- Use the service in a manner that violates applicable third-party platform policies.
- Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Third-party API changes, maintenance, account restrictions, internet outages, or other circumstances outside our control may affect functionality.
- Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and ensuring that only authorized individuals can access their store administration and connected business accounts.
- Termination and Disconnection
A user may disconnect an integration when supported by the service.
NeoMind may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with legal requirements, address security risks, or respond to violations of these Terms.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NeoMind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use NeoMind Commerce or from third-party platform actions or interruptions.
